Stefani began her first Real Estate career in Arizona, specializing in the Luxury Home market. In 1986 she was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for Merrill Lynch Realty. That year she was involved in putting together the largest residential transaction for the company in the state of Arizona. In 1993, Stefani took a break from Real Estate to travel and train new entrepreneurs throughout the western United States. In 1998, she joined her husband to successfully build and run two businesses and start a family. For thirteen years, she has developed marketing programs, training programs, been the administrative executive and co-owner for a marketing & distribution company, a financial planning company and a Real Estate Investment company.
In her personal life, Stefani is a member of Highlands Church in North Scottsdale. She has been a room mom for 2 years at Camelback Desert School. She is an active supporter and fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She enjoys boating, skiing (both water and snow), biking and traveling. Stefani has helped raise two stepsons and is currently blessed with raising her 6 year old daughter. Muriel Claire.
Stefani is working with Mike Casley to focus on marketing and to work with individuals and families looking to find that "just right" home in the valley of the sun. She especially enjoys that "aha" moment when she and her clients know they have found the one.
